Agreement
By using Ezra ("the Service"), provided at ezraapp.site and as an installed web application, you agree to these Terms of Use. The Service is operated by Efibernet Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree, please do not use Ezra.
What Ezra is
Ezra is an AI-powered Bible study companion. He helps you explore Scripture through voice conversation, looks up and reads passages aloud, and provides historical and theological context drawn from scholarly sources. Ezra is a study aid, not a replacement for pastoral counsel, professional advice, or personal prayer and discernment.
Accounts
You need an account to use Ezra. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One person per account — please do not share your password. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password or contact us immediately.
Free and paid plans
Ezra offers a free tier with a daily usage limit and paid plans with higher monthly limits. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You can cancel any time from your account settings; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled case by case — contact us if you believe a charge was made in error.
Acceptable use
When using Ezra, you agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or copy the AI model, prompts, or voice configuration.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to access Ezra at scale beyond normal personal study.
- Misrepresent Ezra's responses as your own original scholarship or as official church doctrine.
- Use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or harmful.
Intellectual property
The Ezra name, logo, and brand assets are the property of Efibernet Inc. Bible texts displayed by Ezra come from publicly available translations and are attributed where applicable. Your saved verses, notes, and conversation history belong to you.
Disclaimer
Ezra uses artificial intelligence. While he is designed to be faithful to Scripture and cite real verses, AI can occasionally produce inaccurate statements. Always verify important theological conclusions against the biblical text itself and with trusted teachers. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Efibernet Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Ezra. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Ezra and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently, with notice where practical.
Text messaging terms — Ezra Bible Talk & SMS Line
These text messaging terms apply to the Ezra Bible Talk & SMS Line, a messaging program operated by Efibernet Inc. at (318) 373-5997.
Program description
The Ezra Bible Talk & SMS Line sends text messages related to your use of Ezra — Scripture passages and study material you request, prayer and Bible study follow-ups, account and verification notices, and replies to messages you send us. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How to join (opt in)
You may join by texting the Ezra Bible Talk & SMS Line at (318) 373-5997 and replying YES when asked to confirm, or by submitting your mobile number through the opt-in form on our Privacy Policy page. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on how you use Ezra and how often you message us.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Efibernet Inc. is not responsible for charges billed by your carrier.
How to stop (opt out)
Text STOP to (318) 373-5997 at any time to cancel. After you send STOP we will send one confirmation message and will not send you any further messages unless you opt in again. You may also opt out using the form on our Privacy Policy page, or by contacting us at the address below.

Supported carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared, sold, or rented to any third party.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted with an updated effective date. Continued use of Ezra after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
